Return Policy

 

1. Return Policy:

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
Buyer need to pay the Return Shipping cost unless received wrong item or packge seriously damaged upon receipt. shipping cost can not be refunded.

2. Return Guidelines:

Please email us: info@vitaluxes.com，  leave your Order No and return reason, so that we can help you more efficiently.

We will provide you with a correct return shipping address, Please DO NOT  just send back to the address on the package or on the  invoice.

 

3. Exchange Guidelines:

For Exchange, Please email us  within 7 days upon receipt. In general you need to pay the return shipping cost and bare the cost of sending a new package to you again.

4. How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?

Via normal mail post, the package back will take about 0.8-3 Months, About1.5-2 weeks via express shipping.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. 

Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
